Product Description:

1. The main motor and oil pump motor are electrically interlocked, meaning the main motor cannot start unless the oil pump motor is started, and the oil pump motor cannot stop unless the main motor is stopped. 2. The main motor and feed motor are electrically interlocked. This means the feed motor cannot start unless the main motor is started, and the main motor cannot stop unless the feed motor is stopped.

3. The main motor control cabinet has overcurrent protection. In addition, it also has a mechanical protection device, typically a nylon shear pin coupling. When the designed torque is exceeded, the shear pin is cut off, and the transmission case stops operating.

4. When the die pressure exceeds the set alarm value, the material pressure alarm light illuminates and the machine automatically shuts down.

5. It is strictly forbidden to introduce any metal debris into the raw materials produced by the user.

6. It is strictly forbidden to use metal objects to clean the material at the opening of the barrel while the machine is running.

7. Regarding the installation and removal of the pressure sensor and material temperature thermocouple, if there is material in the die, it must be heated and softened before installation and removal.
