Working principle of the crusher:

The motor drives the crushing main shaft to rotate at high speed in the crushing box through the pulley assembly. The material enters the crushing box through the hopper and is hit, rubbed, sheared, kneaded, etc. by the high-speed moving cutter and roller hammer, thereby achieving material crushing and shaping. The adjustment plate is used to control the size of the material. When the material is crushed to a suitable size, it falls out from the inside of the crushing box, and the scraper plate discharges the qualified material out of the machine.

This equipment is mainly used to crush waste plastic products, such as fruit black frames, food plastic frames, car bumpers, plastic pipes, plastic slices, plastic barrels, mineral water bottles, plastic greenhouse films, large blue tubes, head materials, nylon tubes, PP pipes and other waste recycled plastics. After grinding the fixed and moving blades, the adjustment of the distance from the blade to the supporting screw is completed in the special external adjuster,which saves time and labor in changing blades.
