HuaTao Blade Sharpener

The machine tool is a novel high-precision heavy-duty surface grinding machine that is independently developed, designed and manufactured by our company.

The travelling support plate of the machine tool is made of cast iron through precision machining to avoid potential deformation. The travelling system of the machine tool adopts gear reducer and gear rack transmission transducer with step-less speed regulation, which ensures high transmission accuracy, efficiency and stability, and greatly improving the grinding quality and operational efficiency.

The machine tool adopts square heavy-duly linear guide rail, the top of the guide rail is arranged with an accordion-like extendable dust-proof and water-proof protection hood. The whole body adopts centralized oil supply, making the machine tool cleaner and more environmentally-friendly, and prolonging the service life of the guide rail.

The grinding head part of the machine tool adopts rapid hoisting device, which makes the replacement of the grinding segment more convenient and rapid, improves the operational efficiency, and reduces labor intensity. The thickened ball screws inside work with the double nuts to adjust the axial clearance of the screw rods. The grinding head adopts the grinding machine motor of national standard and is reasonably designed to improve the grinding precision and prolong the service life.

The electromagnetic plate adopts high-quality durable electromagnetic chuck of national standard, which matches with the magnetizing and demagnetizing system to ensure less heat generation, great suction force and long service life.
