Our this hydraulic guillotine (also known as a vertical hydraulic rubber cutter or rubber breaker) is to powerfully shear large blocks of rubber, plastics, tires, and similar materials, cutting them into smaller pieces suitable for subsequent processing. It is widely utilized across the following industries:

1. Tire Recycling and Rubber Regeneration

Processes discarded vehicle tires (including automotive, engineering vehicle, and motorcycle tires), cutting whole tires or large sections of tread rubber into smaller pieces to provide raw materials for subsequent stages such as rubber powder production, reclaimed rubber manufacturing, and pyrolysis.

It is also used for cutting other discarded rubber products (e.g., conveyor belts, seals, and hoses).

2. Plastics Recycling and Reprocessing

Shears large blocks of waste plastics (such as IBC totes, plastic sheets, machine head scrap, plastic lumps, and rolls of stretch film), breaking them down into sizes suitable for feeding into plastic granulators or crushers, thereby facilitating the resource-efficient reuse of plastics.

Suitable for a wide variety of rigid and flexible plastics, including PE, PP, and ABS.

3. Rubber Product Manufacturing

Used internally within rubber and tire factories to cut large blocks of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and compounded rubber, facilitating subsequent processes—such as internal mixing and open milling—and enhancing batching efficiency.

4. Waste Material Collection and Sorting

Employed by scrap yards and resource recovery centers to process mixed batches of large rubber and plastic waste, reducing their volume to facilitate easier transportation and categorized resale.

5. Rubber Powder and Sports/Construction Materials

Provides pre-processing services for rubber powder production lines; discarded tires are cut into small pieces before being further ground into rubber powder, which is then used to manufacture products such as rubber running tracks, rubber floor tiles, and waterproofing membranes.

6. Chemicals and New Materials

Processes large, gelatinous waste blocks and resin lumps generated by the chemical industry, as well as large test samples used in new material R&D, facilitating their subsequent use in laboratory settings or industrial recycling operations.

7. Environmental Protection and Solid Waste Management

Supports solid waste management projects by performing volume reduction on large rubber and plastic waste items that are difficult to directly landfill or incinerate, thereby lowering transportation costs and enhancing the efficiency of subsequent resource recovery efforts
