Product structure of the engineering tire crushing and recycling production line:

1. Fully automatic wire drawing machine: remove tire wire;

2. Conveying equipment: conveyor belt, screw conveyor and air pressure transmission system;

3. Shredder: initially process the tire into rubber sheets (50mm-150mm);

4. Steel wire separator: grind and press the rubber sheets to separate the rubber and steel wire, and process them into rubber particles (10mm-20mm);

5. Magnetic separator: sort steel wire from the rubber and steel wire mixture;

6. Crusher: crush the rubber particles to a smaller size (1mm-7mm);

7. Vibrating screen: sort rubber particles of different sizes, and send oversized particles back to the crusher for secondary powder;

8. Grinding machine: grind the particles into powder (30 mesh-100 =Mesh);

9. Fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fiber;

10. Automatic bagging system: load the finished product into storage bags or packaging bags.
